BBB ARBITRATION

Resolving consumer-business disputes through the BBB.

As a contracted arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, ReSync provides neutral, impartial arbitration for disputes between consumers and BBB-accredited businesses.

What is BBB Arbitration?

The Better Business Bureau's arbitration program offers a structured, neutral process for resolving disputes between consumers and businesses. A BBB arbitrator hears both sides and issues a binding decision — providing a faster, lower-cost alternative to small claims court or litigation.

How It Works

1

BBB Referral

The BBB refers the dispute to arbitration after mediation has not resolved the matter.

2

Arbitrator Assignment

ReSync is assigned as the neutral arbitrator by the BBB.

3

Submissions

Both parties submit their evidence and supporting documents.

4

Hearing

A hearing is conducted — in person, by phone, or in writing — depending on the case.

5

Decision

The arbitrator issues a written, binding decision within the BBB program's timeframe.

Who We Serve
